E.     Represented client in acquisition of $10MM residential property in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado;

F.     Represented corporate client in the negotiation and drafting of commercial lease for substantial business involved in

A.     Represented Denver-based restaurant chain in wage and hour investigation by Colorado Department of Labor;

B.     Represented Western Slope client engaged in precious metals recovery through chemical leaching operation in

         investigation by EPA and Colorado Attorney General’s Office;

C.     Successfully defended motor vehicle dealer in license revocation proceedings involving accusations of massive

         fraud before Colorado Motor Vehicle Board;

D.     Represent individual whistleblower in proceedings before the Merit Systems Review Board;

E.     Represented medical student in successful proceedings to be reinstated to the University of Colorado Medical School

        following unlawful dismissal;

F.     Obtained large monetary award for medical practice management firm in arbitration proceedings against specialty

        medical group;

G.     Represented customers in successful NASD arbitration proceedings against New York brokerage house resulting in

         very substantial confidential settlement; and

H.     Represent high profile Colorado investors in AAA arbitration proceedings against powerful investment banking/retail

        securities firms alleging securities fraud and other misconduct.

A.     Represented Plaintiff in trial in Denver District Court that resulted in $28MM judgment against Houston-based

        accounting firm;

B.     Represented Plaintiffs in trial in Arapahoe County District Court that resulted in $16MM judgment against former CFO

        of computer reseller;

C.     Represented Plaintiff in trial in federal district court in Denver that resulted in $10+MM judgment against Florida

        Savings Bank;

D.     Represented Defendant lawyer in malpractice trial in Denver District Court alleging tens of million in liability where jury

        returned verdict exonerating client;

E.     Represented Plaintiff in trial in Boulder District Court that resulted in large jury verdict for breach of consulting

        agreement;

F.     Represented Plaintiff in trial in Denver District Court that resulted in sizeable jury verdict for patient injured by medical

        malpractice;

G.     Represent Defendants in multi-million dollar breach of contract/lender liability suit pending in Orange County,

        California;

H.     Represent corporate Defendant in fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty litigation pending in Los

        Angeles, California;

I.      Represented client in high dollar dissolution of long term marriage filed in Denver that resulted in division of assets

        that was highly advantageous to client; and

J.      Represent client in high dollar dissolution of marriage filed in Eagle County, Colorado that resulted in judicial

        determination that pre-nuptual agreement is valid and enforceable.

VI.       Appeal Engagements

A.    Represent corporate client in appeal to the United States Court of Appeals in respect of large trade secret jury

        verdict returned in federal district court in Denver;

B.    Represent corporate client in appeal to Colorado Court of Appeals of jury verdict returned in Denver District Court on

        breach of real estate contract;

C.     Represent corporate client in appeal to Colorado Court of Appeals of jury verdict returned in Boulder District Court on

        breach of consulting contract; and

D.     Represent individual clients in appeal to the Colorado Court of Appeals from adverse $7 million judgment entered by

        Jefferson County District Court in fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion and civil theft case tried by other

        counsel.

VII.     Bankruptcy and Reorganization Engagements

A.     Successfully reorganized client engaged in the acquisition and development of natural gas leaseholds in the Powder

         River Basin in Wyoming;

B.     Successfully reorganized holding company client with subsidiary engaged in the national securities brokerage

         business;

C.     Successfully reorganized minority owned/operated radio station in Denver;

D.     Represented Canadian in $100MM purchase of Canadian natural resource interests out of Chapter 11 proceedings

        pending in Delaware;

E.     Represented national broker-dealer in the filing of a statutory Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors proceeding in

        the Denver District Court;

F.     Represented institutional lenders holding in excess of $60MM in secured loans in Chapter 11 proceedings of coal

        mining and steel manufacturing operations;

G.     Represented institutional lenders holding in excess of $100MM in secured loans in Chapter 11 proceedings of high

         tech information storage company and its subsidiaries;

H.     Represented equity ownership in Chapter 11 proceedings of Denver adult entertainment club; and
