MARK K. SHANER
Mark Shaner received his undergraduate degree from Antioch College in 1972. He attended the London School of Economics, and received an LL.B. degree (a degree of international standing) from Cambridge University Law School in Cambridge, England in 1975. That same year, Mr. Shaner earned his law degree from the University of Denver School of Law. In 1976, Mr. Shaner received a Diploma in Historical Studies from Cambridge University. Finally, in 1979, Mr. Shaner earned and LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Denver.
Since 1976, Mr. Shaner has been engaged in the private practice of law in Denver, Colorado. His practice emphasis has been transactional law, including corporate transactions and finance, real estate transactions, commercial law and tax planning and strategy. Mr. Shaner, whose clients include retail operators, mobile home parks, commercial and residential real estate developers, construction companies and high tech businesses, has served as lead counsel for hundreds of corporate and real estate transactions throughout the Rocky Mountains and across the country.
